Blockberry — Terms & Conditions
Applies to the Blockberry mobile application published by CODE GAMES.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing or playing Blockberry (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Licence
CODE GAMES grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control.
3. Intellectual property
All artwork, code, audio, characters, logos and the name Blockberry remain the property of CODE GAMES. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell or create derivative works from the App, or republish its assets, without our written permission.
4. In-app purchases and virtual items
The App may offer optional purchases. Virtual items and currencies have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you rather than sold. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their refund policies.
5. Advertising
The App is supported by advertising. Ads are delivered by third parties and we are not responsible for the content of the advertisements or for the sites they link to.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, use unauthorised modifications or automation tools, interfere with the App's normal operation, or use the App in a way that breaks any applicable law.
7. Availability and updates
We may update, change or discontinue the App, or any feature within it, at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. CODE GAMES will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your licence to use the App if you breach these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised terms.
